Snapchat helped over 400,000 users register to vote

More than 600,000 U.S. users engaged with Snapchat’s integration with TurboVote, helping at least 400,000 of them register to vote.

*The partnership was especially successful among Snapchat’s users aged 18-24, living in the states of  California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Many of these states are considered swing states.*

Facebook is introducing Messenger 4 – a new, simplified version of its messaging app

Facebook made Messenger easier to navigate. But everything you liked is still there: polls, payments, live location, games, video chat, group chats… really everything. It’s just that what people really care about is now easier to navigate to: chats, people and discover.

You can now share SoundCloud tracks on Instagram Stories

Except, there is a (huge) caveat: you can only share a link to a SoundCloud track, not the track itself. That means that, unlike for Spotify, users will have to tap on the link and be redirected to the SoundCloud app to listen to the song…
