Tumblr has banned adult content on its platform

Tumblr has long been the safe haven for those seeking access to more artistic albeit… risqué content. However this is bound to change once and for all, since the platform is changing its policies regarding adult content.

* The decision to ban adult images could have a major effect on some of the website’s most active posters, including its fan communities. These groups often write stories and create graphic art based on TV shows, movies or books they love. Some of the work is sexual in nature.

Samsung promotes Galaxy Note 9 display on Twitter … while tweeting from an iPhone 

 Samsung’s Nigerian account mistakenly tweeted a promotion for the Galaxy Note 9 from “Twitter for iPhone.” The Nigerian Samsung account isn’t the only one to have made this mistake. The Saudi Samsung account shared a similar tweet earlier this month, also sent from Twitter for iPhone.

* This certainly isn’t the first time a person or company has tweeted praise for an iPhone competitor while tweeting from iPhone. Most recently, Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot tweeted praise for the Huawei Mate 10 from Twitter for iPhone. Accidents happen, but these ‘via Twitter for iPhone’ gaffes are always humorous.*

LinkedIn is making a big push to develop its messaging and has added several new features recently – the latest of which is the ability for members to share their current location with others.
